The manager was so awesome.he even tried to wave my fee for deposit ,took me back to hotel to get my phone and did all he could but I was unable to get it due to not having credit card .A debit card worked but I travel so I had no utility bill in my name! However,I've rented through them 2 other times and I give a 20out of 10! The branch manager, handsome mid -age as in 35 ish but looks young ,I forgot name but he will be the darker skinned one sitting at desk behind counter or likely the greeter as well!!!prices better if book via Expedia and use their insurance if you don't have your own. 40 once instead of extra 40 bucks. A day.
Likely the best service I’ve ever had with Enterprise. The team was professional, very organized, and managed well by Mr. James Howard. I had decided to swap out a vehicle and they made the process very easy and was very accommodating throughout the process.
