I had booked a car a week in advance, was told I could pay with a debit card if I passed a credit check. My credit is flawless, but I got denied. The lady told me to refer to Equifax, and said there was nothing else she could do and brushed me off. I had my trip delayed several hours because of this, and with the same information and cost, got a rental somewhere else.

I just hate it, I never recommend you guys because of customer service and maintenance and they don't care about coupons or discounts even if you reserve a car using any waiver options. When I booked a car they just gave a dirty car with bad smell and not allowed me to swap the car.

Great service. When ever I need to go see my family, I rent a car from here it saves me on gas since I have a ford f150 v8 truck. They always have the car ready nice and clean. I definitely recomend them.
