They did attempt to deliver and I got a call from one of the delivery people on site that they were having trouble getting the truck on our driveway because of some cracking. One of the first things we asked them to do was to not put their service agreement was to not use any service vehicles on our driveway. When I mentioned this to the person on the phone he essentially hung up on me. We had a smaller crack in the lower portion of our driveway and after they left there was a crack running all the way across our drive. I don't have anyway to prove that it was them that put the crack there but I would've certainly noticed it if it were there before. I spoke with one of their managers, Tony, and he, although he wasn't out there, assured me that no one had been on the drive and that he'd sent someone out there to check on it. I simply told him that you understand how this looks. He at that point, didn't know that we were supposed to have some interior work as well, apologized profusely and said he'd get right back with me. Nearly two weeks went by without a peep from them and on October 12 we came home to find a dumpster/trailer parked in our driveway. No warning or anything. I left Tony a message asking what was going on and he couldn't me bothered to call me back during normal business hours on the 13th. I again had to chase him up and he finally said that they weren't going to deliver any materials unless I signed a waiver for any further damage to our driveway. It was at that point that I told him we'd find someone else.

We initially contacted Pyramid this summer and by the time they were able to come out to look at our house it was August 5. We understood that there was a lot of damage in the area so this was no problem. It was also no problem when they told us that weather permitting they'd begin on August 29th. We waited two weeks into September before we started calling them to see what was going on and on each occasion that I, or my wife called them, they were completely clueless about our records and we really had to start over. This happened on at least three occasions. Finally in late September I was able to have someone confirm that we'd have delivery of our of materials on October 2 and the new roof would begin the following day. We were also told that we'd receive a call confirming the night before each of these. Neither of these happened and I had to follow-up again. This time they assured me they'd take care of it.

Of the 4 companies, only 2 submitted bids, including Pyramid Roofing. When we called Pyramid, Tod Rohan came out several days later to inspect our roof, then again to go over his quote with my wife, and then a third time to meet with me late on a Friday afternoon to go over my specific concerns about our roof and gutters. He came out on that Friday even though he didn’t have a contract with us yet, but rather to address my concerns in hopes of landing the contract! He earned my business and got the contract!

Several months ago we sustained damage from a terrible rain storm. Our insurance company determined we needed a new roof, gutters, and our ceiling repaired in our master bedroom and bath. They agreed to pay for it except for our deductible. After reading Google and Better Business Bureau reviews, and recommendations from neighbors in our Homes Association, I called 4 roofing companies.

This is the first review I've ever listed for anything, but this was by far the worst experience with any business that I've had.

If I could leave worse that 1 star I would. Where do I even start. The roof itself looks good. But they completely distroyed my trim and siding in front of my house. It's going to all have to be replaced and re painted. I climbed up to look at the damage that I could noticeably see from my front yard and when I got up there I started to get more and more mad. My rep seems nice but I haven't seen anyone over here to fix it or even attempt to tell me the plan to fix my house. What happen to good quality work now a days???. I'll update my review after it's fixed. But at this point I want to call my own people and send them the bill to fix it. If they are going to send a crew out here like they did the roof I'm not confident it will be done correctly. If I could post pictures on this review I would and you would understand my frustration.

Pyramid Roofing exceeded all of our expectations in replacing our roof, gutters, and repairing our ceiling. They even exceeded the requirements of our insurance claim, including providing, a 50, not 30 year roof, 6” instead of 5” gutters, and replacing, not repairing, our skylight. Their crews were nice, efficient, and completed our work earlier than expected. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing!

After the heavy rainfall a couple weeks ago we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling. Fearing the worst, we called Pyramid Roofing and Todd Rohan came out and assured us it was just a leak around one of the vent pipes. He caulked it and did a general inspection of the rest of the roof. To our great surprise and delight, he did not charge anything. We will contact Pyramid Roofing when we need our roof replaced. Thanks Pyramid and Todd.

This is the second time I have had to replace our roof and gutters. I was a demanding customer since our last roof and gutters were not installed correctly and I had specific issues I wanted Pyramid to address.

My experience with Pyramid was excellent. I will definitely use them again and its because of their customer service and great work. Their communication with me throughout the repairs was on point and made it very easy for me.
