The person who took us back to our table said nothing to us not even right this way. The disposal for feminine products didnt have a bag or anything it was just a metal container. The waitress told us that we eere her last table so she hoped we were done and brought out boxes with the check hoping that if we werent done we would still be leaving. Overall crappy experience and would not recommend.
It took almost 30 minutes before the server finally took our order and we were sitting right behind the table he was at!! After he took our order which I had to repeat a couple of times he finally got it but forgot straws for the drinks. My spinach dip was burnt and it took another 30 minutes to get our food and another 20 minutes for him to come back with the check I was furious and over it by then will never go there again
Waitress was terrific. Food tasted odd. I ordered the two for $20 for me and my granddaughter. Chips tasted stale. Granddaughter was unable to finish her milk she thought her food tasted Odd as well. Upon entrance to Applebee's glass door was dirty. Applebee's appear not to have enough staff today. Waitress was good and attentive.
The worst service ever! Waited 10 mins to be acknowledged carside, then brought the wrong order, so I had to go in where I waited another 10 mins to be acknowledged. Got the correct order 5 mins later, only to realize it wasn't made as ordered. Waited again 15 mins to have it prepared again, spoke to the manager who only apologized - did not rectify the situationlot all! Never going to that location again.
Would rate 0 if possible. To start have not been here a day where I haven't had to wait over 10 min, at this specific store I've noticed low higiene amongst the waitresses. I remember only one time I've been offered a refill. Haven't had a problem at other locations.
