The staff are really nice and seem to genuinely care about your health.
Went in for health assessment for BCBS. Filled a little paperwork. Promptly had height, weight & blood pressure taken. Attendant drew a little blood and got quick results which was then explained. Employees were nice and I would highly recommend.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been for health care. Their wait times are the worst I’ve had to wait for. I was there for a total of 2 hours just for a drug test and physical. The staff was nice but the wait times are ridiculously long and a for just a procedure that takes at most 20mins. I’m never coming to this place ever again worst place ever.
I've never waited less than an hour for an appointment. Scheduling means nothing. I was told the doctor would see me next, and then I heard them talking in the hall. They decided to bump someone in front of me. The physical therapist is excellent though, and always runs on time.
The check out girl ( sorry I forget her name) is extremely nice and great at multitasking. Although very busy at times, she still smiles and is always very professional.
I had to get a full employment physical with UA, blood draw and TB screening. It was a walk-in appointment and they were able to get me through the whole process in less than 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. For the follow up TB reading, I spent more time walking in from the parking lot than I did at the reading. The front desk staff was awesome. They were courteous, professional, and happy. I would recommend this place highly!
