Ordered a pizza online, stupidly forgot to put the drinks with it. They added on the drinks when I called no problem. When the pizza came (quickly) they brought the wrong kind of drink. Dominic was extremely apologetic, and actually went back to the store and drove all the way back to our home to give me the right drink. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you so much!
The staff here are extremely polite and accommodating. The kitchen is obviously clean and well run. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as I am confident that food ordered and prepared here at the Grandview location on the southbound outer Rd of 71s, will be an accurate example of pizza hut deliciousness!
Waited 2 hours for one pizza to be delivered, only to have my order cancelled. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
Ordered at 10:32 pm, order did not arrive until 11:41, however it was free at that point, but only because i called, very good customer service. But again it supposed to arrive at 10:55...
The absolute worst Pizza Hut there is. We've attempted to order 4 times, each being more disastrous than the last. They have never been on time with a delivery(I'm talking like 20+ minutes), they've forgotten part of our order more than once, the last set of bread sticks we ordered we did not eat because there was a piece of METAL baked into it!!! And when I went in the next day for a refund, the cook was making salads with no gloves while wiping sweat from his forehead constantly. Save your money, go somewhere else.
