I was a Value Club member of this cleaners for several years. Went in and was overcharged for an item on my credit card. Mind you. 7.35$ my regular cleaning bills are in excess of 200$. The manager said would it be okay to just credit the account and not refund my money on my credit card. I agreed, and when I returned on my next visit, I was told no such credit would be given, I stated to the employee that I would never come back and that I would simply write a review, as this is my only recourse. She said “so what, do what you gotta do”. I pray if you read this, you never do buisness there. I am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran. Fought and almost gave my life for this country and businesses like this make me sick to my stomach. Thank you in advance for reading my post.
I took my daughter's CAP uniform in for cleaning, they ironed it wrong, 2 times.
11/7/11. Called the Pride Cleaners Plant and inquired about dry cleaning coupons. Instructed to check website. This website does NOT contain any coupons!!
Good place to work if you're an early riser and Enjoy working 5 maybe 7 hours if your lucky.. Quality service
