Delivery person use profane language and threatened me when ask to move delivery truck when it was park in handicapped spot. I could not get in my vehicle because aarons delivery truck was real close to passengers side door. When called Grandview location to complain to manager about incident, assistant manager was just as rude and unprofessional and refuse to tell me his name and job title. Unless you like being disrespected and threatened I would not patronize this place.
Spoke to regional manager about incident he did apologize to me about the situation, offer me recliner rent free 2 months. Didn't take it felt very threatened and disrespected by employee and "store manager". What would you do? I still question employment process of this company.
