It's Ross it's amazing! Nah just kidding some Ross stores are nasty BUT this one is really great! Cashiers and associates will help you cheerfully with ANYTHING and they have a mini conversation with you while you check out (unlike other stores where check out is silent and awkward) not to mention the selection of clothes here is amazing! And the clearance racks always have REALLY good deals! And even the reg prices on household items and small furniture is great!
Cashier had zero conversation with me. When transaction was completed she told me to grab my own receipt. No Thank you. Nothing. I guess this explains why your parking lot is empty. My future business will be elsewhere.
Store manager was pretty rude in redirecting me to what i was looking for. After i went and spent another 10 mins looking in the wrong section i asked politely only to get no response. I turned around left the store and likely will not return to this location. Do not recommend for anyone looking for a good shopping experience.
The store is just a mess and the staff doesn't take the time to face or restock. Clothes are thrown everywhere. The need for strong management is quite apparent. Other locations might be different but this store in Grandview is horrible.
The prices are great and the selection is fair but the staff is horrible.
The one I dealt with even told me that I should have had my credit card ready since there were people behind me and I was holding up the line. (She didn't realize the I had been standing in that same line for just as long as every other person there) She then crammed the clothes in the bags and didn't even take the time to fold them.
Very very rude cashiers, lazy in the fact that they expect you to do their work for them taking the clothes off the hangers at checkout.
Christmas season. Store had a good supply of items. Was clean and staffed sufficiently to meet the holiday crowd. Not my regular store but dont have any reason not to return.
