The guy there named Romero is bilingual he has to be Spanish he is very nice and friendly he will help to get you the service that you need in a timely fashion and he is good at explaining what is needed he is a people person he doesn’t talk with a lot I’ll call you so you may have to listen to him very carefully but nonetheless he is very knowledgeable I would recommend people to visit this location for their Firestone the heat it was pretty good for me not bad at all.
I love their courtesy check. It makes me aware of upcoming issues I need to deal with. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I've had great experiences here. In all, I've come in a few times for oil changes, new tires and alignment, and just general checkups. The manager Kou and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable--they would explain to me anything that I wanted to know in details (I'm not a huge car person). I kept having problems with one of my new tires, and they immediately inspected it every time I came back in (no charge). The services were reasonably priced, especially with coupons. I would recommend this shop. The staff feel trustworthy to me.
Never ever using a Firestone again.
How the hell do they not know what vehicles they can align or not? Now I’m screwed because I have to drive it to work all week and will probably wear my tires with my best guess alignment.
These guys suck. I needed an alignment after replacing tie rod ends and ball joints, I called to make an appointment and told them EXACTLY what vehicle it was for (Dodge Ram). So I get there Saturday afternoon only to have them tell me it won’t fit on their rack.
