Bad customer service, switch to the Chipman Branch. At least, they value their customers.
Horrible customer service from the branch manager Patty. She acted like she didn't want to help me and was busy finishing up something else. She made things very difficult and had a bad attitude. I will never return to this location !
We started off bumpy with Commerce in General as they take a while to verify checks. However at this branch I haven't really had any problems, in fact Sam has been super helpful in getting us set up! After the warming up period though things have been a lot better. I do wish that transfers to other banks accounts didn't take so long.
